Fame rewards from killing the same player in a 24H window will now diminish by 10%, down to 10%, resetting daily.
Each faction has an individual fame bracket system to determine a players Prestige Point generation at the weekly reset.
Prestige Points decay by 20% per week to ensure only active players are able to rank on the global leaderboards.
