What I have noticed is that if I switch between windows this is very noticeable, or on certain pages it will go to bright, then everywhere else it will be dim again. Problem: Monitor "randomly" goes partially or completely dim. On the desktop, right click on the little battery icon near the clock. I can't adjust the brightness with the F2 and F3 keys and I've tr. It would get so dim, I could barely read anything on the screen in a dark room. Sometimes it would go to normal brightness but then right back to really dim.
